GALUP
Galup, a word deriving from the Piedmont dialect word galup, which means “delicious”, was founded in 1922 in the centre of Pinerolo. The most famous product is the flat “panettone” with handmade Piedmont IGP hazelnut icing, and is still the pride of the place, renewed daily. The shop, just 5 minutes from the hotel, sells panettone, Easter cakes and everyday delicacies.

ALBERGIAN
Albergian has been producing traditional specialities since 1908, using ingredients from the Piedmont mountains. Liqueurs, preserves, honey, sweets and other specialities to bring genuine mountain food to your table. There are two shops in Pinerolo where you can buy these little delicacies.

CAFFAREL
Caffarel has been the name of Piedmont’s best chocolate since 1826. It introduced cocoa into Piedmont and combined it with the best local ingredients, above all the high quality IGP Piedmont Hazelnut. Gianduiotto is Caffarel’s most famous, popular artisan’s product, thanks to its aromatic consistency and unmistakable boat-like shape. The company shop is just 15 minutes away in Luserna San Giovanni.
